The hallmark of Bart’s design work is the creativity and resourcefulness to successfully resolve technical design requirements while achieving and maintaining a high degree of aesthetic appeal on a project. He is able to develop successful design solutions that are mindful of budget limitations and responsive to the client’s needs and desires.
He is highly adept at problem solving and code research in building development. Bart started as an architectural intern in 1982 in Hampton Roads. He joined a firm in Miami in 1990 where he was primarily assigned to assist with the development of large-scale, master-planning projects. Bart returned to a firm in the Hampton Roads area in 1996 where he was named Associate Architect with the firm in 2002. He has been the lead Design Architect on more than 300 church projects. These have varied in scope from small additions and renovations to the design of entirely new facilities, some of which approached or exceeded the 500,000 square foot threshold.
