As our firm continues to evolve, we are seeking a Licensed Architect / Project Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading projects, comfortable making design and technical decisions, and interested in contributing to the long-term direction of a growing firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Producing and overseeing high-quality construction documents
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to internal process improvement
- Participating in design discussions and helping guide project direction
- Supporting business development efforts through technical credibility and client relationships
This position offers the opportunity to grow into expanded leadership responsibilities over time.
Requirements
- Licensed Architect (or actively completing licensure)
- 5–8 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong technical and design background
- Experience leading projects and coordinating consultant teams
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and graphic
- A mindset of ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement
- Interest in long-term professional growth within a collaborative firm environment
