The new 7 Brew Coffee in Midlothian was designed for energy, movement, and momentum from the very beginning. With a compact footprint of just 600 square feet, paired with a double drive-thru, every inch of this space was intentionally crafted to keep things flowing—cars in, coffee out, no friction in between.
Working from the 7 Brew prototype, our role was to take something already recognizable and shape it to fit seamlessly into Chesterfield County. That meant refining the exterior—making thoughtful adjustments that respected local requirements while preserving the bold, upbeat personality that defines the brand.
But beyond appearances, this project is really about performance. Behind the scenes, every detail—from the layout to the supporting systems—was designed to keep up with the pace 7 Brew is known for. It’s a space built to handle volume without ever feeling chaotic, where efficiency drives the experience just as much as the coffee does.
