Every once in a while, the IONIC team dives into a residential project that resonates with our portfolio, but this renovation truly caught our eye. The AOX project includes renovating an existing historic house and adding a patio, a complete restaurant and an event facility on the same property. The build will also include outdoor seating and entertainment.
