This client became familiar with our work while catering the grand opening of a local jewelry store we designed. When she observed the attention to detail in the cabinetry and lighting, she knew that we were just the designer she needed to help develop her new store concept. The project is a combination cafe, deli and organic grocery. It is a truly unique emporium.

Our design incorporated a full layout of the kitchen, multiple islands for deli treats and an ocean of color throughout the store. The kitchen is visible to the public through a series of glass panels and is separated from the ordering isle by a serpentine counter of corrugated metal. Stripped bark tree trunks (selected specially for this project) with a series of festival lights suspended above houses a cafe with curved family-style dining tables. This mimics the ambiance of an outdoor patio. Corrugated metal stalactites with splashes of lime green coloring plunge from the ceiling throughout the store. The kaleidoscope of metal, lights and letters that form the store’s identification on the exterior is sure to draw the attention of passersby.
