IONIC had the privilege of designing a new building featuring approximately 1,800 square feet of enclosed space, complemented by a 900-square-foot covered patio. The project began with a collaborative Conceptual Design phase to ensure alignment with the client’s vision, followed by detailed Construction Documents.
The completed building has become a functional and inviting space, meeting the needs of its users while exceeding the client’s expectations. The covered patio, in particular, has been a highlight, providing a popular and well-used outdoor area.
In reflecting on the project, the client mentioned that the only change they would have made would have been to increase the patio’s size due to the overwhelming success it has seen. We’re honored to have played a role in creating a space that has been so well received and are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their vision.
