IONIC was approached by a valued repeat client with a new project. The client wanted to convert an existing retail space that formerly housed a 7-Eleven and small restaurant into a modern and sleek electric vehicle sales facility. The building is located in a prime commercial area with excellent visibility, so the owner needed a design that was going to catch everyone’s eye. IONIC’s extensive experience in exterior facelifts and love for art-infused architecture led to an eye-popping transformation.
