Current Positions

The IONIC team is based out of two physical locations in Virginia and has leaned into expanding our remote, off-site workforce. We have talented team members working in-office and remote, including internationally, and continue to expand our collaboration technologies and communication methods to ensure our culture is embraced, regardless of employee location. Licensed Architect / Project Architect (5–8 Years Experience)

At IONIC, we believe architecture is both a craft and a responsibility. We value professionals who take ownership of their work, care deeply about client outcomes, and are motivated to grow—not only as designers, but as leaders within the practice of architecture.

As our firm continues to evolve, we are seeking an experienced, licensed architect who is ready to take on greater responsibility within project leadership, client engagement, and internal team development.
